Lotus Family Homes designs and builds custom houses from Truganina across the growth corridors. We take on one family’s brief at a time: new custom homes, knock down rebuild, and multi units, with planning permit and building permit included on the paths that need them.
How we work
Built one project at a time.
We are not running a volume display programme. A small number of builds sit on site at once, each with a single site supervisor from slab through to handover. The public site only shows homes Spacia has published from the Lotus client portal, so what you see is finished work that has already been reviewed.
Most of our recent work sits in the west growth corridors: Truganina, Tarneit, Wyndham Vale, Point Cook, Werribee and Hoppers Crossing. Come with a block, a brief, and an honest budget. We will say plainly whether the site can take the home you want.
